Cancellation Policy

Because we harvest to order for freshness, cancellation timing matters. Here is how it works.

Cancelling your order

You can cancel an order before we harvest and dispatch it. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@yallataza.com or by phone with your order number.

Once produce has been harvested or handed to the courier, we may not be able to cancel, as the order is already prepared for you.

If we cancel

We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, or there was a pricing error. If we cancel, you are not charged, or you are refunded in full.

Refunds on cancellation

Any refund for a cancelled order is handled under our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions

When subscriptions are available, you will be able to pause or cancel before each cycle's cut-off. Details will be shown with your subscription.
