Who we are

Taza grows and sells fresh microgreens and living shoots in Amman, Jordan. You can reach us at hello@yallataza.com.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our area, or a price was listed in error.

Because our produce is grown and harvested to order, please make sure your details are correct before you place your order.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Jordanian Dinar (JOD). We accept cash on delivery, card (Visa and Mastercard), and, for approved business accounts, payment on account against an invoice.

We take care to price everything correctly, but if we find an error we will let you know before the order is dispatched so you can confirm or cancel.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account. Business (on account) pricing is available only after we approve your business application.

Our products

Our products are fresh, perishable produce. Photographs are for illustration, and natural produce varies in size, shape and colour. Availability can change with the season.

Delivery, cancellations and refunds

Delivery, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Delivery Policy & Method, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Our content

The Taza name, logo, text, photography and site design belong to Taza and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taza is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version and its date are shown on this page.
