Taza means fresh,
with a zing.
Taza means fresh, but with a zing. We grow nutrient-dense microgreens in Amman and deliver them at their peak, to homes, cafés and chefs. No nasties, just pure agricultural goodness.

Born in the Hult Prize.
Back in 2020 we were selected from over 125,000 entries to compete in the prestigious United Nations Hult Prize accelerator, run in partnership with the Bill Clinton foundation. Every year the prize awards $1 million in seed funding to start-ups solving pressing global issues.
It was in that accelerator that Taza was truly born. We brought everything we learned home to Amman, to show the world that farming can be sustainable, consistent and genuinely good.
Farming that gives back.
Sustainability is not a feature we bolted on.
The farm was designed around it from day one.
Less water
An innovative recycling system captures and reuses the water our trays don't drink.
Solar powered
The whole farm runs on the Jordanian sun. Every tray, every day.
Electric deliveries
Logistics across Amman run on EV cars, so your greens arrive emission-free.
The same great greens, every time.
Quality at Taza is a habit, not an inspection. Every tray follows the same recipe of seed, clean soil, water and light, and every harvest is checked against the same standard, so the pack you open today tastes exactly like the one you loved last month.
HACCP
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points govern every step, from seed to sealed pack.
Food handling
A trained team, audited processes and an unbroken cool chain from harvest to your door.
ISO 22000
We are working towards the Food Safety Management System certification across the whole farm.

Questions, answered.
Where do you deliver?
Across Amman, with free delivery. Orders are delivered the same day they are harvested.
How fresh are the greens when they arrive?
Cut the same morning, packed within the hour and delivered the same day. Microgreens reach you at peak nutrition, usually within hours of harvest.
How should I store my microgreens?
Keep the pack in the fridge and rinse just before eating. Stored cold, your greens stay vivid and crunchy for 5 to 7 days.
Do you use pesticides?
Never. Our grow rooms use clean soil, filtered recycled water and sunlight, nothing else. No pesticides, no nasties.
Do you supply restaurants and cafés?
Yes. Chefs across Amman get weekly trade supply with priority harvests. Check the Chef Supply tile in the shop or write to us for a quote.
Is the packaging really compostable?
100%. Every pack we ship breaks down in home compost, so the only thing left behind is goodness.
